60-Minute Session (Standard Session) A full session designed to support meaningful exploration, processing, and forward movement. Best suited for: Ongoing counselling and support Exploring emotional patterns, identity, and relationships Working through current challenges or life transitions Clients wanting space to process while also gaining direction What this session includes: Focused exploration of your current situation Integrative counselling and coaching support Space for emotional processing and reflection Practical tools, insight, and next steps How it works: 60 minutes Online via secure platform Structured while allowing space for depth and flexibility This is the standard session for most clients, offering a balanced approach between depth, support, and practical progress.Optional add (to keep consistency across all services) Not sure which session to choose? 60 minutes is suitable for most ongoing support 30 minutes is ideal for focused check-ins 90 minutes is best for deeper or more complex work
Cancellation Policy
Online and phone counselling provide the same professional counselling service as in-person sessions, delivered remotely via secure video or telephone. Please ensure you will be in a private, quiet location where you feel comfortable speaking openly. For online appointments, you'll also need a suitable device and reliable internet connection. If technical difficulties prevent the session from continuing, we may switch to a phone session or reschedule where appropriate. Please do not attend your appointment while driving, operating machinery, or in any situation where you cannot safely engage in counselling. Refined Counselling & Training is not a crisis or emergency service. If you require immediate support or are at immediate risk of harm, please contact 000 or attend your nearest emergency department. Cancellation Policy Appointments may be cancelled or rescheduled with at least 48 hours' notice at no charge. Appointments cancelled with less than 48 hours' notice, or appointments not attended without prior notice, will incur the full session fee. By booking this appointment, you acknowledge that: You have chosen online video or phone counselling as your preferred service. You understand the privacy and technology considerations of remote counselling. You agree not to record the session without prior written consent.
