Cancellation Policy

To cancel or reschedule an appointment, please provide at least 48 hours notice so the session time can be offered to another client. Cancellations or changes made within 48 hours of the appointment may incur the full session fee, as bookings close 24 hours prior. Missed appointments or no-shows without notice will incur the full session fee. If you arrive late, the session will still finish at the scheduled time.
