A great option if you feel more comfortable in your own environment, have accessibility or transport needs, or prefer the convenience of counselling coming to you.
I particularly recommend in-home sessions for children and young people under 16, as the familiar environment allows greater flexibility for interactive sessions using games, creative activities, visual tools and practical strategies.

A relaxed alternative for people who find it easier to talk while moving rather than sitting face-to-face.
Combining counselling with gentle walking outdoors can make sessions feel more natural and provide space for movement while we talk.
Walk & Talk sessions are available for individual clients only and are not available for couples or family counselling.
