Walk & Talk Counselling
Counselling That Moves With You
Sometimes it's easier to talk when you're not sitting across from someone. Walk & Talk Counselling combines professional counselling with gentle movement in nature, offering a relaxed alternative to traditional therapy.
Walking side by side can reduce the intensity of face-to-face conversation, helping many people feel more at ease, think more clearly, and process emotions naturally. For those who prefer, sessions can also include sitting together in nature, allowing space for reflection and conversation in a peaceful outdoor setting.
Whether we're walking, sitting, or a combination of both, the focus remains on providing a safe, supportive, and meaningful counselling experience.

Why Nature?
Research has shown that spending time in natural environments can support emotional wellbeing, reduce stress, improve mood, and enhance cognitive functioning. When combined with counselling, many people find that movement and nature create a sense of calm that helps conversations flow more naturally.
Is Walk & Talk Right for Me?
Walk & Talk Counselling is suitable for most adults who are comfortable participating in gentle walking.
If you have mobility concerns, chronic illness, fatigue, or would simply prefer to spend more time sitting in nature, please let me know. Sessions are flexible and can be adapted to your needs.
If I believe another counselling format would better support your wellbeing, we'll discuss the most appropriate option together.
