30-Minute Session (Focused Support) A structured, shorter session designed for clarity, direction, and immediate next steps. Best suited for: Check-ins between full sessions Processing a specific situation or trigger Accountability and goal alignment Clients needing brief, targeted support What this session includes: Brief check-in (current state + key issue) Focus on one priority area Targeted support using integrative tools Clear next steps or strategy What this session is not for: Deep trauma processing Complex or multiple issues Initial intake or full assessments How it works: 30 minutes (structured and time-bound) Online via secure platform Focused, efficient, and outcome-driven This is a focused support session for clarity and direction—not a full counselling process. Not Sure Where to Start?If you are new or unsure which session to book: Start with a 60-minute session for deeper support and assessment Use 30-minute sessions for follow-ups, maintenance, and momentum between sessions Booking All sessions are conducted online via zoom Book via our booking link *Available for existing clients or follow-up support only
Cancellation Policy
Online and phone counselling provide the same professional counselling service as in-person sessions, delivered remotely via secure video or telephone. Please ensure you will be in a private, quiet location where you feel comfortable speaking openly. For online appointments, you'll also need a suitable device and reliable internet connection. If technical difficulties prevent the session from continuing, we may switch to a phone session or reschedule where appropriate. Please do not attend your appointment while driving, operating machinery, or in any situation where you cannot safely engage in counselling. Refined Counselling & Training is not a crisis or emergency service. If you require immediate support or are at immediate risk of harm, please contact 000 or attend your nearest emergency department. Cancellation Policy Appointments may be cancelled or rescheduled with at least 48 hours' notice at no charge. Appointments cancelled with less than 48 hours' notice, or appointments not attended without prior notice, will incur the full session fee. By booking this appointment, you acknowledge that: You have chosen online video or phone counselling as your preferred service. You understand the privacy and technology considerations of remote counselling. You agree not to record the session without prior written consent.
