90-Minute Session (Extended Deep Work) A longer session designed for deeper exploration, integration, and working through more complex or layered situations. Best suited for: Initial sessions where more time is needed to understand your story Clients wanting to go deeper without feeling rushed Processing complex experiences, patterns, or emotional layers Times where 60 minutes does not feel sufficient What this session includes: Extended time to explore your current situation in depth Integrative counselling and coaching support Space for both processing and practical strategy Opportunity to work through multiple connected areas in one session How it works: 90 minutes (structured but spacious) Online via zoom Designed to allow depth, clarity, and meaningful progress within one session This is an extended session for deeper work and integration, offering more space than a standard session for those needing additional support or complexity. Not sure which session to choose? 60 minutes is suitable for most ongoing support 90 minutes is ideal when you want more depth or have multiple areas to work through
Cancellation Policy
Online and phone counselling provide the same professional counselling service as in-person sessions, delivered remotely via secure video or telephone. Please ensure you will be in a private, quiet location where you feel comfortable speaking openly. For online appointments, you'll also need a suitable device and reliable internet connection. If technical difficulties prevent the session from continuing, we may switch to a phone session or reschedule where appropriate. Please do not attend your appointment while driving, operating machinery, or in any situation where you cannot safely engage in counselling. Refined Counselling & Training is not a crisis or emergency service. If you require immediate support or are at immediate risk of harm, please contact 000 or attend your nearest emergency department. Cancellation Policy Appointments may be cancelled or rescheduled with at least 48 hours' notice at no charge. Appointments cancelled with less than 48 hours' notice, or appointments not attended without prior notice, will incur the full session fee. By booking this appointment, you acknowledge that: You have chosen online video or phone counselling as your preferred service. You understand the privacy and technology considerations of remote counselling. You agree not to record the session without prior written consent.
